Stimulating your own personal economy is a state of mind
But what do you do when you don’t know what to do? This time is an opportunity for self evaluation. Evaluate where you are in your life and where you are trying to go. It’s really all about your perceptions and how you look at things. It is your mindset. If you change the way you look at a situation, the situation changes. To continue looking at things negatively and repeatedly speaking that things are getting worse, ultimately results in creating negative energy and negative thoughts, expecting the worst to happen. So, of course, that will be the outcome.
From Self-Evaluation To Change Of Mindset
It’s time to look around and ask yourself how can you stretch your ordinary way of thinking and focus on what good will come out of all the transitions that are taking place. You must realize that you have a purpose in life. You are here to make a difference in the world. Now, the challenge is to focus on what you can do differently to fulfill that purpose. What we are discussing here is self-discovery which can be a difficult task. So, let’s start you off with a basic framework as follows:
1)What have I done with my life as a whole?
2) What have I done with my time?
3) How do I spend my money and my resources?
If you are like most people, these considerations can and often do, lead to thoughts of regret and maybe even shame. So, if that’s you, then
you must read the following:
In keeping your mind free from the baggage and junk you feed it every day, you have to exercise positive self-talk consistently. You must change the conversations you have with yourself. Speaking Affirmations is a powerful tool that will create the life you want. Of course, this will take constant reminding and retraining of our mindset and thought process. Your affirmations should focus on what you want – not what you don’t want. Your affirmations will work best when they are linked to your greater life goals. The massive resistance keeping us back is fear of oneself and fear of the unknown. The unknown doesn’t have to be a bad thing, often it’s a blessing in disguise.
RESPONDING TO FEAR
There will be many seasons of changes of unexpected blows and circumstances that will totally catch you off guard. When things are abruptly snatched away from you, the first reaction is to have fear and panic. But when you reinvent your thought patterns and redirect your mind to draw positive energy from your pain. It will allow you to evolve into spiritual strength, growth, and freedom.
You have to fight through this storm in your life and retrain your thought process and responses. It’s almost like you’re on a battlefield of the mind with yourself. The best way to overcome the fear you are having about the economy is to re-channel your energies to things that give you great joy. Start replaying the thoughts in your mind of all the things that bring you peace. Of course, it’s not an easy thing to do when all of your life someone somewhere has influenced your outlook on life, telling you what to think, what to do and what you should be focused on achieving. But your thinking needs to transcend your current reality. Find out how to accomplish things with the resources you have, and how to achieve the things that are best suited to your natural gifts, skills, and abilities.
The only thing that will remain constant in our lives is change.
And when things in your life move, like a match across a hard surface, change is sparked! There will always be discomfort in transition. Things have transpired for transformation to occur. If things don’t shift or move, we can’t grow as individuals. Coping is something we have to do to survive. We can’t allow anything to get so bad that we lose hope and want to give up. They’re so many great things ahead awaiting you even though you go through the tribulations and the pain. We spend so much time trying to figure out what happened to our lives, and why? Whatever you are going through will not last forever, this too shall pass.
In my conclusion
It’s unfortunate that sometimes in life, we only move when forced. Many times we get so used to being in our comfort zone that unless something forces you out of your job or situation, we would always stay stagnant. There is more to your life, embrace this time as an opportunity to really live the life you were born to live.
Quick tip to begin changing your mindset
Today, find one good thing in your day that happened to make you feel excited, happy, and joyous. We have to keep those “good things” as our area of focus rather than looking at things going wrong. Let us focus on our present moment and deal with our circumstances as they are now. I encourage all of you out there to let go of your greatest fears: You are supposed to change your environment, don’t let your environment change you.
